Class begins: Sunday, July 18th @ 5pm inside the Core room

Weekly time of study: 5pm every Sunday evening, lasting 1 hour each class session. We will be going through one chapter a week, so the class is set to last 12 weeks (through October 3rd). How much you commit yourself to this study is up to you, but I do not expect you to make every single meeting session. This book is meant to benefit you as a person and your relationship with God. What you put in is what you will get out of it.

When Worldviews Collide by Ergun Caner

Perhaps more than ever before, our culture is being influenced by non-Christian belief systems. Here's a new small-group study (written by a former Muslim) designed to develop a Christian's theology and doctrine for the purpose of building confidence in personal evangelism and engaging their culture with absolute biblical truth. In addition, it helps us identify ways false teachings make an impact on our society and to take actions that promote a biblical worldview. Other faiths covered include Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, and Buddhist.

Written by Ergun Caner, himself raised a Muslim and disowned by his family for becoming a Christian, this is a phenomenal Bible Study. A seven week study with five days worth of work each week concentrating on a different religion. The work is not heavily demanding but it is incredibly informative. Video sessions are short with a review of the previous week and teaching for the coming week. The revelations of what other religions believe plus how they view Christians is fascinating and useful.
